These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kiss9 platform and all associated services. By registering an account or placing any wager on kiss9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 21+ Only
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. Kiss9 strictly prohibits access and use by persons under 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and non-individual legal persons may not register player accounts.
2.3 Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 During registration and as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
2.5 Kiss9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address — at any point. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to kiss9's satisfaction.
2.6 Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Kiss9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") for all accounts.
3.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any wager, transaction, or activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you.
3.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kiss9 immediately at [email protected]. Kiss9 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to notify kiss9 in a timely manner.
3.4 You may not allow any third party to operate your account, receive winnings on your behalf, or transact on your account. Accounts operated by third parties will be suspended.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Kiss9 does not charge currency conversion fees; funds are held and transacted in the currency deposited.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed in the deposits section of your account.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name. Kiss9 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Kiss9 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal of funds pending KYC verification, Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") review, or investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violation.
4.5 Players may not deposit funds that originate from unlawful activity. Kiss9 cooperates with applicable authorities in relation to suspected money laundering or financial crime.
4.6 Deposits are non-refundable once credited to the player's account and used for wagering. If a deposit has not been used for any wager and the player requests a return of funds, kiss9 may process a reversal to the original payment method at its discretion, subject to verification.
5.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.
5.2 Kiss9 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any wager in circumstances including, without limitation: technical error, data feed failure, manifest pricing error, or where kiss9 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the wager was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
5.3 Where a live casino game is interrupted due to a technical fault before completion, kiss9 will apply the applicable game provider's rules for incomplete game scenarios. Partially completed games may be voided and stakes returned, or resolved based on the state of the game at the point of interruption, at the game provider's determination.
5.4 The settlement of sportsbook markets will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting governing body. Kiss9 will not be responsible for results that differ from unofficial sources such as broadcast graphics or unofficial reports at the time of play.
5.5 Minimum and maximum wager limits apply across all products and are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. Kiss9 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

6.4 Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time unless otherwise specified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
8.1 Kiss9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or confiscate any balance therein, if a player breaches any provision of these Terms, engages in prohibited conduct, or where kiss9 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
8.2 A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified outstanding balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method following completion of any pending AML or compliance review.
8.3 Accounts subject to self-exclusion will be closed and the player will be blocked from registering a new account for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Circumventing self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms.
9.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game software, graphics, text, and user interface elements, is the property of kiss9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from kiss9.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiss9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from game outcome disputes, technical failures, or payment processing delays.
10.2 Kiss9 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.
10.3 In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, kiss9's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11.1 Kiss9's collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by the kiss9 Privacy Policy, available at kiss9.app/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.
12.1 Kiss9 is committed to responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which kiss9 operates its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kiss9's internal complaints process shall be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or to binding arbitration as determined by kiss9's licensing jurisdiction.
